01Do I get the watermark removed?
Yes. Watermarks exist only on previews. Every purchased file is the clean, full-resolution original.
02Is the license exclusive?
No — licenses are non-exclusive. If you need exclusivity on a frame (we pull it from the archive for everyone else), email us and we'll quote it.
03How long does the license last?
Forever. One payment, perpetual license within your tier's scope. Download links rotate for security, but your account can always issue a fresh one.
04Can I upgrade a tier later?
Yes. Pay the difference — reply to your receipt and we'll send an upgrade link within a day.
05My car is in a frame. Do I get a deal?
Owners of featured cars get personal-tier files of their own car free. That's the deal — your car, your wallpaper. Email us from the address on your shoot.
06What about video clips?
Same three tiers. Clips deliver as full-resolution MP4 (ProRes available on request for commercial licenses).
