The basics
Using socalrollers.com means you accept these terms. The site is operated by SoCal Rollers, San Diego, CA. If you don't agree, don't use the site — no hard feelings.
Ownership
Every photograph, video, and word on this site is © SoCal Rollers. Buying a license grants usage rights; it never transfers copyright. Screenshotting watermarked previews for use anywhere is theft, and we're petty enough to pursue it.
Licenses
Digital downloads are sold under three non-exclusive, perpetual tiers — Personal, Social / Editorial, and Commercial — scoped as described on the licensing page, which is part of these terms. Use beyond your tier requires an upgrade before publication.
Payments + refunds
Payments process through Stripe. Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all download sales are final — but if a file is corrupt, mis-described, or never arrives, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Service bookings
Shoots are quoted and contracted individually. Deposits, cancellation windows, and deliverable schedules live in your booking agreement, which controls over these terms where they differ.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the archive, hammer the API, resell files, or use any frame in contexts that are unlawful or defamatory. We can refuse or revoke service for abuse; revoked licenses for cause are not refunded.
Liability
The site and files are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us for the item in question. Some frames involve closed-course professional driving — don't try it on public roads.
Disputes
California law governs; venue is San Diego County. Talk to us first — jon@socalrollers.com resolves most things faster than lawyers do.
